We process personal data solely in line with applicable data protection law. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable person. The sections below explain what data we collect, for what purposes we process it and what rights you have.

We process personal data received in the course of our client relationships and from other individuals, and data collected when the website is used. This includes in particular:
- Contact details (name, address, telephone, email)
- The content of any enquiry sent via the contact form
- Technical data (IP address, browser, timestamp of access)
- Website usage data (page views, clicks, time on page)

5. Contact form
When you send us an enquiry via the contact form the information you provide, including the contact details you enter, is stored so that we can handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The data is stored in our database (Lovable Cloud / Supabase, hosted in the EU) and sent by email to info@ncpartners.ch.
6. Cookies
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that your browser sends back to us when you visit again. They help make the website user-friendly and support usage statistics. You can disable cookie storage in your browser settings.
7. Web analytics and marketing tools
To improve the website and our marketing activities we use the following third-party services:
- Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Ltd., Ireland): analysis of user behaviour to improve the website. IP addresses are processed in anonymised form. Transfer to the United States cannot be excluded.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Ireland): measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and building audiences. Pseudonymised data is transmitted to Meta.
The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in a viable online presence. You may object to this use at any time via your browser's cookie settings.
8. Disclosure to third parties
Your personal data is disclosed to third parties only where necessary to perform our contractual or statutory obligations — for example to banks, insurers or notaries in the context of a mortgage placement — or where you have expressly consented. Hosting and infrastructure providers process data only on our instructions.
9. Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or manipulation. Data transmission on this website is encrypted (TLS/HTTPS).
10. Retention
We process personal data only as long as is necessary for the relevant purpose or as required by statutory retention rules (in particular the ten-year retention period for business records under the Swiss Code of Obligations).
